Delivery time

Orders placed by 7:00 a.m. on a working day are generally delivered by 6:00 p.m. on the following working day. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays are generally delivered by 6:00 p.m. on the second following working day. Delivery and service dates are binding only if expressly confirmed in writing by Elbenwald. Elbenwald is entitled to deliver before a stated delivery date.

Delivery time within Germany

If the items are in stock, the goods are handed over for shipping on the next working day after receipt of the order. Within Germany, delivery by our logistics partner DHL generally takes an additional 1–2 working days after dispatch. High parcel volumes, for example shortly before public holidays, may cause minor delays. Information about an item's availability can be found in its detailed description.

Ich bekam die "Spielmatte" zu meiner Bestellung der Starterbox. Nun müsste man eigentlich sagen "einem geschenkten Gaul, ........" Kann ich aber leider nicht, denn geschenkt war es ja nicht. Immerhin musste man schon 24,95€ zahlen um die "Spielmatte" "gratis" zu bekommen die sonst 7,95€ kosten würde. Nur zum Vergleich, wo anders würde mal für das Set 19,99€ zahlen. So, der Punkt "gratis" wäre schonmal abgehakt. Nun also zum Rest der Enttäuschung.... Größe der Matte: +- 41x29,3cm Eine gängige Größe wäre z.b. 61x35cm, warum muss diese hier so klein sein? Mal davon abgesehen das die Produktion sich leichter darstellt mit einem A3 Sheet. Material der Matte: Es ist um es einfach auszudücken, simple Pappe. Es gibt keinen Schutz, sie ist nicht soft oder hat wenigstens ein anderes Feature. Okay die Kanten, diese sind extrem scharf und hier muss man für lager und Transport wirklich extrem aufpassen das nichts umknickt. Fraben: Richtig schlimm abgeblasst. Darstellung: Rückseite, einfach ein bezugsloses Stück Land aus Mittelerde. Okay es ist "wenigstens" das Auenland aber sogar wenn ich die "Spielmatte" als Karte an meine Wand hängen wollen würde, das ist ja noch der Knick in der mitte. Vorderseite, das Artwork an sich ist Geschmackssache. Die Erklärungen von Zugphasen die ich nichtmal als Anfänger gebrauchen kann weil es für dieses Szenario noch gefühlt 8000 andere Sachen gibt die extrem wichtig sind und wenn, einfach nicht an der Stelle auf der ansonsten schon sehr kleinen Fläche. Die lieblosen "boxen" für Bibliothek und Friedhof erinnern mich mehr an eine Ladezone für Gepäck oder die Raucherzonen an Bahnhöfen. Der Knick: Der Knick in der Quermitte ist einfach nur da um die "Spielmatte" so simpel wie möglich zu verschicken. Klar kann man sagen es dient dem Anwender auch zum besseren verstauen aber hey, in einer Papiertonne kommt es darauf auch nicht mehr an. Das Limit: 500 Stück gibt es von dieser "Spielmatte" Warum, das kann wahrscheinlich nichtmal Sauron erklären. Ich Denke mal da hat sich jemand gedacht, aus der Fehlbestellung beim Druckerpapier machen wir noch was richtig "seltenes". Für mich ist sie jedenfalls nichts, wird aber in einer großen Hülle aufbewahrt...... im Schrank......ganz hinten......unten.....
